Interpersonal Therapy focuses on the on the behaviors and interactions a client has with family and friends. The primary goal of this therapy is to improve communication skills and increase self-esteem during a short period of time.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy focuses on thought patterns or dysfunctional thinking that leads to dysfunctional emotions or behaviors. By changing  thoughts, people can change how they feel and what they do.

Play and Art Therapy provides a way for clients to express their experiences and feelings through a natural and self-guided  process. Children experiences and knowledge are often communicated through play the therapist encourages storytelling and narratives, also storytelling about a drawing, painting, collage or construction to promote self-healing.

Functional Family Therapy works with the family unit, aiming to reduce defensive communication patterns, increase supportive interactions and promote supervision and effective discipline by parents.
