Psychotherapist/Clinician

Kelly M. Baker is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, alumni of The Catholic University of America, School of Social Services and a Certified ADHD Professional (ADHD-CCSP) and a Certified Dialectical Behavior Clinician(C-DBT).

I began Strengthening Prides to passionately service children, adolescents and their families in the District of Columbia particularly in the underserved wards 7 and 8. These youths exhibit academic deficits, emotional and behavioral disturbances, poor self-esteem, lack of effective communication or experienced direct or vicarious trauma .

Whether it is Prevention, Early Intervention, or Treatment, my purpose is to help people thrive within their school/work setting, become leaders of their communities, also strengthen family ties.

When you know better, you do better.” — Maya Angelou.
